Exhaust gas ventilation unit

An exhaust gas ventilation system is required to purge the exhaust piping after the engine has been stopped in gas mode. The fan shall purge the exhaust gas system with air for at least 200 seconds. The exhaust gas ventilation system is a class requirement. The ventilation unit is to consist of a centrifugal fan, a flow switch and a butterfly valve with position feedback. The butterfly valve has to be of gas-tight design and able to withstand the maximum temperature

of the exhaust system at the location of installation. The fan can be located inside or outside the engine room as close to the turbocharger as possible. The exhaust gas ventilation sequence is automatically controlled.

Installation to be made in accordance with separate installation instruction.

엔진이 가스 모드에서 멈춘 후 배기 파이프를 퍼지하기 위해 배기가스 환기 시스템이 필요합니다. 팬은 최소 200초 동안 배기가스 시스템을 공기로 퍼지해야 합니다. 배기가스 환기 시스템은 클래스 요구 사항입니다. 환기 장치는 원심 팬, 유량 스위치 및 위치 피드백이 있는 버터플라이 밸브로 구성되어야 합니다. 버터플라이 밸브는 가스 밀폐 설계여야 하며 설치 위치에서 배기 시스템의 최대 온도를 견딜 수 있어야 합니다.

팬은 터보차저에 최대한 가깝게 엔진실 내부 또는 외부에 위치할 수 있습니다. 배기가스 환기 순서는 자동으로 제어됩니다.
