7 | BILGE HOLDING TANK LEVEL SWITCH에 의한 AUTO START/STOP. | |
8 | EM'CY STOP. | |
9 | TEST PROCEDURE : Inorder to set zero. | |
1) The clean oil free water to be led through the respective connection into the measuring cell. | ||
2) After 2-3 miniature, set Zero by adjusting the potentiometer screw VR4 in oil alarm unit. | ||
3) Confirm zero setting | ||
10 | Inorder to inspect the Oil Content Meter function. | |
1) Sampling bottle to be connected to the respective connection. | ||
2) Oily water separater to be in service within 15 ppm and then the sampling water is to be led through the 15 ppm alarm unit. | ||
3) Confirm that the oily water recirculates into bilge holding tank by checking the solenoid v/v. | ||
11 | In order to prove the oil Level Function | |
1) Detach the Oil Level sensor from the oily water separator. (Oily Water Separator is not to be in service this time) | ||
2) Put this sensor into the sampling bottle made specially for this inspection. | ||
3) Confirm that the solenoid valve fitted on discharge line actuates. | ||
4) Make it back to normal condition. | ||
12 | In order to stop the pump The float is to be operated by either an extension rod or an equivalent. |
